200K or so US citizens between Guam and CNMI, not counting expats elsewhere (or the COFA states, that we have a legal responsibility to defend, well beyond a mutual defense treaty)

Also reminder that the US has territories and citizens west of the IDL. Drawing the line at the hemisphere, regardless of other commitments, signals abandonment of US possessions and citizens.
