The entire argument differentiating Labour from an 'actual' right-wing party is pure tautology: "This can't be that because they aren't them." The screencap above is Article 3 in its entirety. The argument is that 'inhuman or degrading treatment' has been too broadly defined: a right-wing argument.
At this point it is an axiomatic truth that continuing to support the Labour Party while proclaiming to be left-of-centre or progressive requires completely ignoring both their explicit words and actions. Assess those who continue to do so and their conception of politics accordingly.

That famous Green policy "you can sell drugs to kids at their schools unless you're a landlord" that is totally real and not a boogieman children's book character that we should find very concerning to find an adult discussing as if its real

The same interview talking about the Greens: "So somebody could sell drugs outside my children’s school but, if you’re a landlord, it should be unlawful. That’s nuts. They’re dangerous."

He literally just invented a Green to get mad at in his head and thinks we should take that seriously.
