In case anyone was curious, there’s basically no difference between the Buc-ee’s in Florence, SC and Brunswick, GA.

The clientele of the latter probably has fewer teeth per capita, but considering the location that’s not surprising.

A bunch of loudmouth bigots swarm the school board meetings, a few get elected because they rile up a population of conservative senior citizens whose main gripe is taxes... and then all of this focused hate is shown to be a massive waste of everyone's time.

We have a fridge upstairs from the nursing/bottle days. I am good for staging some juice/milk in there alongside something they can eat without assistance just to steal a few more moments of sleep.

If they want something “hot” we can do that later, but they can’t claim “I’m starving.”

Real talk? They get up too early. As a night owl, that hurts me in general, but it’s a real pain in my side when I’m trying to hang out with their mom… It’s like they know.

Otherwise? It’s not too bad. The little one has some sass about her, but it’s cool.

Thanks to my kid, I’ve been dicking around in Fortnite for the last 2 hours (if not longer) and I can totally see why this game sucks up all the time (and V-Bucks) from Gen Z.

This is not the same game I downloaded 7 years ago and promptly forgot about.
