This is a very interesting result. I watched CSI: Miami during my lunch break yesterday. Apparently the calming effect only happens when I watch Star Trek (still need to test it on TOS, VOY, and ENT)

Watching Star Trek: TNG during lunch had the same calming effect on my stress levels. Notice how it spikes the moment lunch break ends lol
