Je suis fatigué, j’ai l’impression d’être bipolaire je suis giga excité de l’annonce des bonus et de rentrer voir mon mec demain YET je suis toujours très en colère et déçu de lui sur le sujet maison et je suis juste fatigué j’ai envie de me rouler en boule et je vois pas de futur

Mon syndrome de l’imposteur a réellement disparu le jour où j’ai vu des seniors passer leur journée sur Maje et Sandro alors qu’ils gagnaient 5x plus que moi genre tu sais pas faire une formule excel et c’est moi qui devrait être mal à l’aise ??

J’essaye vraiment de bien travailler tous les grands muscles mais désolé les leg extensions quelle horreur et surtout après chaque séance j’ai 0 énergie pour les abdos 💀
