Increased park visitation brings challenges. Between 2012–22, staffing dropped 13% as visitation grew 10%. High living costs & funding shortfalls force painful cuts. Climate disasters, like Death Valley floods & wildfires, are worsening. (4/7)

Reducing federal regulations won’t solve these challenges—it will worsen them. Regulations protect fragile ecosystems, endangered wildlife, & irreplaceable heritage. The NPS mission is not up for debate. (5/7)
