Just decided to head over to the Federal Circuit for today’s Friedman Lecture on Excellence in Appellate Advocacy, delivered this year by Deputy SG Malcolm Stewart.

One cool/nerdy thing about working in DC is being able to do these kinds of things even at the last minute 🤓
