Parklife. Funny how you get used to places. Just passed a house that seemed familiar and realised I’d viewed a room there a couple of years ago. Back then I didn’t know my way around and everything was strange.

Another medical appointment *again* today. Then dentist on Monday afternoon. If I were a car I’d have failed my MOT by now. “Nah, mate. I’d put her in for scrap if I were you. You can’t get the parts for this model.”

Woken from a weird apocalyptic dream by what I took to be low-flying jet planes but turned out to be the council garden waste lorry in the back lane combined with someone drilling. I have had under 4 hours’ sleep.

Two slow miles, or close enough. I like to push myself beyond what I think I can manage, and once I’m outside it’s always easier. No roadside boxers tonight, though.
