When biking I’ve always wondered why Wheelock Blvd changes from West to East addresses right over the Trout Creek trail crossing. TIL that just happens to be due north of the MN State Capitol, which is the demarc for the addresses north of the river (with about a dozen exceptions). Go Saint Paul!
