Is the Constitution Just a Piece of Paper?
Donald Trump is actively plotting his third term, exploiting legal loopholes and institutional paralysis to nullify the Constitution’s limits. The Supreme Court’s refusal to enforce the 22nd Amendment leaves enforcement to a Republican-controlled Congress that will never act. Is the Constitution just a piece of paper? That answer will be written not by courts or lawmakers, but by those willing to defend it.
