I find it so weird that the Pale King in Hollow Knight has like. The most inaccurate characterizations in the fandom ever, outside of jokes
Like dude was a pretty solid leader and had a decent kingdom, it was only because of another being's power that matched his own that it fell

I've not drawn a lot since I had Righty removed, but I think in 2026 I wanna try and draw a little more. Just something, more frequently than I am right now. I've been thinking about Rain World biology and drawing out creatures that I think are related, and it's been v. fun

Little Drummer Boy is also severely fucked up. Imagine if you had just given birth IN A FUCKING BARN, and this random child shows up and starts 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘴 while you're desperately trying to get your newborn infant to sleep??? I would fucking commit murder.

Gotta talk about more simple games I love a lot: NICHE. It's a game where you breed little mammalian creatures called Nichelings and there's a ton of genes, modifiers, and the genetics system is really engaging but easy to step into

I keep fuckin meaning to draw my experience with Corbeau in Z-A. It was magical.
During the co-fight with him, we sent out our identically-sized Scolipedes. Proceeded to win the fight by using tHE SAME MOVES IN-SYNC WITH EACH OTHER (Poison Jab, X-Scissor, Pin MIssile, Iron Tail)

I fuckin LOVE Rain World. I adore Hollow Knight and Silksong. I love Oddworld. The Binding of Isaac. I love asskicking games.
But also Cattails 2017, Wildwood Story, No Man's Sky, and Fish Game have over 100 hours each and counting

I don't think enough Rain World people are discussing the implications of Iterators having Eigin-Selves and then the Ancients prohibiting that because it was possibly a means of self-annihilation

I'm going fuckin insane cuz a skip in Silksong that was posted about yesterday looks to be what I ACCIDENTALLY DID during my playthrough to skip that Act 2 boss and I'm screaming and crying because I told nobody about this. I thought it was just how to progress not that it was a huge skip aaAAAAAAAA
