I could understand that the notification may not allow the discord app to do much in response with the android app model being restrictive about background network activity. But opening the application and refreshing doesn't resolve it when it should.

what is going on inside this app where you can force the main screen to refresh to check for notifs and it will gladly tell you it can't find any, when one is there waiting. i've seen them *eventually* pop up in the app before, but it can take quite some time (meanwhile, MFA timeout has been hit)

in other news, i've apparently built and installed ~25gigs of packages on my main workstation, mostly via sbopkg, and they're all backed up now -- so i can finally clean up /tmp, hooray! i didn't expect /pkg to need to be bigger than 10 gigs when i made the LV lol software is so *big* now, wild
