Some creators remain silent but postpone their content schedules. Those who haven’t posted about the issue are facing backlash from their followers, with a list of their names circulating on social media for boycott.

Following the arrest of Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, a boycott movement has emerged. Amidst all this, public attention is also on creators, once again highlighting how the creator economy is deeply embedded in national contexts.
