I’m always surprised when people are not raised with the same (I assumed normalised) manners.
I have a friend who never waits other people’s meals to come out before starting their own. Even if it’s just a couple of us. To me that unthinkable unless they say “don’t wait”

The web's gotten so bad that when I look up a contractor, I'm immediately suspicious of any clean site with lots of recent reviews, but a crappy website from 2005 seems like a seal of quality.
Hell, at this point, if I typed a URL and got a DNS error, I'd probably go "ooh, this guy's good!"
