So my mom packed up my 3 yo nephew's bootsies for his mom to take home.
My nephew saw his bootsies in the bag, took them out, said "No... these belong here!", and put them with the rest of the shoes by the door.

So proud of my pace on this one. Ran a pace between 6:00 and 6:20 for the entire 11k. (apart from kilometer 6 cause I walked like 20-30 seconds to drink something)
Being that consistent is so good. I also just felt calm. 😊

Like I didn't even raise my heart rate over 177 even once!!
I guess running in the hills is really good for building stamina... 😊
