Taxing to draw down the deficit just removes assets from the market.
Spending on handouts for the rich & corporations & defense budgets, passing pro-monopoly policies & not investing in productive measures + sending production facilities offshore is the problem.

Matthews is just fine on the dirt (the arm plays as long as he sets his feet and drives into the throw & range is +) & his power output at AA for the SS position was historically great. Pena was well below avg on both sides last year. Doubt they spend too big in FA; he should get some run at 3B/SS.
