Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 2nd edition is peak because I made one of my characters into essentially Ned Kelly (pictured below) using only canon weapons and armor. Just make sure you have shitloads of money and dwarfen connections and you can get a break-action shotgun and a repeater pistol.

If beard size isn’t a relevant factor in your fantasy setting’s dwarf society then I’m sorry but your dwarves suck.
And if it is acceptable for them to shave their beards then I don’t care for the setting as a whole.
At least 10 percent of dwarf economy should be beard grooming and accessorizing.

Thinking about the Steam Tank from Warhammer Fantasy that was given to the Halflings who turned into this beautiful monster that launched hot soup at its enemies.
Quick sidenote but the Halflings in this setting are the best example of this race in all of fantasy fiction, aside from Tolkien.

Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 2nd Edition is so good because in this universe there are so many cool and well developed gods and god-like beings and then there’s Gundred and his thing is “be a bandit, take what you want, do what you want” and he gives his priests the power to be scary. I love him.
