Our criminal president is helping his billionaire henchmen torpedo an investigation into his company.
Donald Trump’s dramatic and vile dismantling of USAID came as USAID’s inspector general was conducting an investigation involving Musk’s company, Starlink. In three steps, Trump’s administration killed the investigation that was sure to embarrass Elon’s company. www.thealtmedia.com/p/how-trump-...

NEW: ProPublica has identified three lawyers with elite establishment credentials who’ve joined the DOGE effort. Two of their names haven’t been previously reported as working for the Elon Musk-led initiative.

Here’s what we know about them:

20 U.S.C. 76h provides for a fixed six year term for trustees. The president does not appear to have the authority to simply dismiss them. There is no provision for removal before their term ends. Members of the Advisory Committee can be fired at any time, but that doesn't appear to be what this is.

Hell yeah. Hold the line. This is what we need people to do.

Slow things down, don’t comply in advance so the courts have time to stop them. It’s starting to work.
Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Fascists always seek to remake arts and culture because these are the spaces that incubate freedom of expression, liberation of identity and openness of mind.
Trump just terminated the Chair of the Kennedy Center and has installed himself as the new chair.

He says he will now be dictating the institution’s “art and culture” and says it “must reflect” what he chooses.
