Friendly fire firing backwards??

Must have been if the Yanks were leading
A reminder to Americans that like to produce revisionist history, Canada was there fighting alongside you in Afghanistan and six of our CAF members were killed by US friendly fire. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadia...

Well perhaps the other Nato troops held back a bit.
But has it occurred to the stable genius that having bone spurs is not an excuse in most NATO armies?
Perhaps bone spurs are endemic there and they simply can't keep up with US troops with no bone spurs at all.

So they need more time to catch up.
Trump:

"NATO has treated the United States very badly. We've never asked for anything. We've never got anything."

Tell that to the families of 850 soldiers from 19 non-US NATO countries who died fighting to defend the United States in Afghanistan - the only occasion Article 5 was ever triggered.

The board of peace in the US will be under the responsibility of the Department of War. They already have the connections with the other board members.

After all nothing says more peace then a department of war.
So far the "Board of Peace" is Trump, Orban, Lukaschenko and Netanyahu.

Which if you wrote in a satire would be considered too outlandish and sent back.

The last perdon to cajole/blackmail an Nobel prize winner out of his/her prize was Joseph Göbbels. He later killed himself and his family.

I wonder if there is a pattern here....
Fun Fact: The last person to invade Denmark was Adolf Hitler.

Is it not an exellent oppertunity for Trump to demand Brittain hands over the Shetland Isles. Or Scotland? Surely that will stop the talk about the Elstein files.

And I don't believe they have any dogsleds. So easy pickings. And Trump could make Nigel Farage the puppet govenor. Win/win

Ho nice. A nobel peace price medsl to go with his bone spurs cerificate. Such a lovely combination. He must be so proud
Beyond shocking & shameful that Trump could and did accept Maria C. Machado’s Nobel Peace Prize, which she rightfully earned by risking her life fighting since 2004 to restore freedom and democracy for the people of Venezuela .

Quite so. Hanging protesters - what are they thinking?

How barbaric!

Why can't they just shoot them in the face. Like in civilized countried

A dog on a lease and his master also have a "special relationship"
I'm not sure if that is superior to an equal relationship in a EU context.
The threat of being strongarmed or invaded is less it would appear.
But of course there are Orban and Wilders who also have special ties.
"The special relationship has long been a charade," but when the UK was able to act as a conduit between the US & EU both sides recognized that it had a role to play beyond that justified by economic clout. Thanks to Brexit that important source of influence is lost observer.co.uk/opinion-and-...
The Observer view: The real special relationship
The UK has to choose between principle and President Trump. Keir Starmer must take a stand

People getting killed in the street for protesting against the regime. Theheran is getting more like Minisota every day.

Where is a strong leader when you need one??
France: Iran

Iran faces escalating concerns over reports of brutal repression amid an ongoing internet blockade.

Context: The crackdown appears tied to widespread protests demanding democratic reforms.

So this is what it might look like if you shoot someone on 5th avenue.

Never thought I actually see it. I doubt if Trump personally has even the balls for it.
It’s not just that Trump could shoot someone in the middle of 5th avenue and get away with it, his entire Administration can.
AOC: ICE has less accountability than virtually any law enforcement agency in the U.S., yet they are some of the most well-funded, operating with impunity—and we just saw them murder an American citizen in cold blood in the street.

I have every confidence this will go well.

Just looking back at the sterling job the US did in Iraq, Grenada etc this will go really well for the poor Venezualans.
Jeffries: "Donald Trump claims that he's going to run Venezuela. He's done a terrible job running the United States of America...The notion that he's going to run Venezuela and make life better for the Venezuelan people, of course, is belied by the facts as to what he's done as president here."

And if this doesn't do it, are we going nucular to keep the Epstein files under wrap?
So here's my working theory (mostly a joke) on the abduction of Maduro. I think President Orange Rapist is running out of ideas to distract everyone from the Epstein files, and wants to privately consult with a fellow despot to come up with a new plan, but Vlad the Imputiner isn't taking his calls.

Well, it's not entirely unheard of to persuade/cajole a neighbour country with similar language and traditions to join yours.

In 1938 there was the "Anschluss" for Austria.

Look how well that went.
Who’s next Greenland, Canada or is it Mexico, who will the USA invade next.

I imagine the ICJ judges thank their lucky stars they only got blocked by Microsoft for the indictment of a genocidal Israeli prime minister.

How easily could the US army have hung them outside the Peace Palace.

After all Mike Pence only got away for being a US citizen.

That may not last either
Fun fact - The Epstein files ARE SO BAD that Trump has…

Bombed Nigeria
Bombed Venezuela
Kidnapped a head of state
Threatened Greenland
Threatened Iran
Backed Russia

All in the last few weeks.

What a shock I thought we were only going back to the 1950-ish with proper KKK type things. Turns out we're going back to Richard Lionheart. That was before Columbus. Are native Indians also going to be in charge as well? Or is it more pick and choose?
Trump spent Christmas Day bombing Nigeria & claiming Christians are suffering genocide—while placing Nigeria on his travel ban to ban all Nigerian refugees

Meanwhile Trump claimed white South Afrikaners were suffering genocide & got them refugee status ASAP

I cant qwhite figure out the difference🤔

Well there you have it. Here is me thinking Trump has been confusing everybody so he could protect Bill Clinton, who is getting on a bit after all. Pure altruism. Could it be that all his bluster is about shielding Joe Biden who could be, but for Donald, all over the Epstein files for all we know.
You’d have to be a stone-cold idiot in order to believe that Donald Trump has been blocking the release of the Epstein files all this time in order to protect Bill Clinton.
