Es könnte sein, dass wir in Deutschland mit Merz endlich nicht mehr vorwiegend nur diskutieren, OB das Land international eine wichtige Rolle spielen soll, sondern WIE es dies tun kann: was in konkreten Bereichen zu tun ist. Das wäre ein großer Schritt nach vorne.

Scholz gehörte nicht zum Schröder-Lager in der SPD, aber er schaffte es nicht, das Schröder-Denken in Bezug auf Russland und die Außenpolitik hinter sich zu lassen und eine neue, der neuen Lage angemessene Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik einzuleiten.

Kanzler-Abschied: Scholz wird als der entscheidende Bremser bei der Ukraine-Unterstützung in die Geschichte eingehen. Hätte er mehr getan, würde die Ukraine heute besser dastehen. Russlands Imperialismus wäre auf dem Rückzug, Trump würde Europas Sicherheit weniger dominieren.
