This motion is the Government's fifth request to extend the deadline to certify its compliance with the Court's 20 Order, and its second consecutive request for an extension filed just hours before the relevant deadline. I keep seeing posts stating that ICE cannot enter your home or a private business without a judicial warrant. While that is legally correct, in reality ICE routinely violates the law by forcing their way in, often by smashing down doors, before violently assaulting people.

I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.
