Tried my hand at one of those Top 25 game charts. Tried not to think too much, and I no doubt left off some favourites but this is a pretty good summary of my tastes.
Just hit 100 hours in Monster Hunter World. 4U and Gen U are still probably my favourites, but it's so easy to dip into World every day to do a little bit.
The Velkhana fight was incredible. Tight, fast, interesting moveset. Favourite monster so far!

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

Been a few years since I've been in the saddle. My chronic foot injury is keeping me from my regular walking exercise, so fuck it, back to unicycling.
Was a bit rusty but it was easier to get started again than I expected. Like riding a bike, I suppose.

Spent a few hours back in Monster Hunter World. It's unfathomable to me how badly they fucked up Wilds - there's not a single thing that World doesn't do better.

the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now
