this is the gacha paradox. some of the best art, music, stories, and gameplay (...usually not all 4 at once) are trapped in gachas. its easy to want them to be offline, single-purchase experiences. but if they didn't have gacha money they wouldnt be able to find what they are!

ngl i had to use and further develop an antilag script for Ace when i made Czarina's Spring Break (because libby said the games had to take place on one map and i took that as a Fucking Challenge)

also had to manually move cutscene events into place to save on events lol

realized 30 hours into Trails FC remake that I haven't really posted about it much.

it's really solid. everything i was told about the cast and NPCs being impressive was true, and on top of that the battle system is really fun. dungeons are only okay but I think anything more might get in the way
