The onus is on the party committing genocide to stop committing genocide

The onus is not on the victims of the genocide to sign agreements in the hope of saving themselves from the genocide

This is obvious to anyone who isn't a psychopath

The government is shooting priests in the head with pepper balls. I feel like this is a kitchen table issue.

Were Russia to kidnap and torture British citizens, would that simply be "a matter for the Russian government", in the view of Starmer's office?

I grieve over the designation of any practical effort to stop the slaughter in Gaza as “terrorism”.

I grieve over the condemnation by politicians and the media of my grief as “antisemitism”.

Matthew Alford reads my latest: jonathancook.substack.com/p/listen-no-...
Listen: No one in power respects my grief. And no one is coming to console me

Shock and horror as two killed by attacker at Manchester synagogue.

Continuing indifference at the arrest of 1,700 people on terrorism charges for peacefully opposing British participation in a two-year genocide that's killed and maimed more than 100,000 children in Gaza.

If those boats weren't carrying a bunch of white westerners Israel would've cheerfully incinerated every last one of them.

I spent 12 years working with the survivors of St. Anne's residential school in their attempt to get justice. The government spent millions fighting people who could barely afford the bus ride to the hearings.
There is no reconciliation without justice for St. Anne's.

Pay attention to the language that will be used by much of the media.

The Global Sumud Flotilla never entered Israeli waters.

They are in international waters attempting to reach Palestinian waters.

Israel is once again breaking international law

I personally will never tell Palestinians what deals they should accept or what they should do to address their abuse at the hands of the empire. My job as a westerner is to oppose the western empire that is butchering them, not to finger-wag and moralize at the empire's victims.

This means that it is now Labour’s official position that Israel is committing genocide.

While at the same time, the Labour government continues to arm that genocide

Absolutely extraordinary!

Look it's very obvious what a threat these two small children posed to the heroic, tooled up soldiers of The Most Moral Army™....

How apartheid Israel tries to damage Palestinian children psychologically, physically, emotionally, is obscene. #FreePalestine

It’s official: AIPAC is trying to buy my election to keep me out of Congress.

Apparently, I’m a “dangerous detractor”... by believing Palestinians (like myself and my family) deserve basic human rights.

But we’re not going to let AIPAC win.
