Limiting fluoride access is a great way to keep certain groups of people sick and poor
And dental care is madly expensive for most people.
This is an unscientific decision that will cause harms. While topical fluoride is useful, when adult teeth are growing (in children) ingested fluoride makes more impact than any topical fluoride later can.

Current synthetic food dyes are not causing health problems, and are often times used because they are actually safer than natural food dyes. Reminder that guns are the #1 cause of death of children but we are going to ban food dyes.

I commend every parent who is choosing to do the right thing by vaccinating their child as the measles outbreak spreads. There's no shame in changing your mind on a stance you were wrong about. Especially when it concerns protecting children from disease.

Measles requires 95% vaccination rates for herd immunity.
It has a 16.2% case fatality rate for unvaccinated children under 5 years and 24% for children under 9 months (who are unable to be vaccinated).
30% of the survivors experience severe complications like blindness, deafness, or encephalitis.

These are the vaccination rates of kindergartners by state. It takes 95% coverage of MMR vaccine to prevent measles outbreaks & most states are not achieving it. I fear that under the new administration rates will drop even further and we will start to see preventable illness, disability, and death
