NEW: White House announces it's going to pause, and potentially cancel, $11 billion in infrastructure funding (via the Army Corps of Engineers), specifically citing cities, like New York, represented or led by Democrats. More to come.

so i was looking at the timeline on this one: to his credit, Eliezer Yudkowsky bans the neoreactionaries from Lesswrong in 2014. he is still on Peter Thiel's bankroll when he does this. Peter Thiel cuts them off from funding 2015. this is probably not unrelated
