Even though The Way of Kings, the first book in the series, was over a thousand pages long, I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to the world when it was finished. It was just that good. So I’m beyond excited to dive into the sequel!

Just finished!! 🥳 I genuinely loved this book—its characters were all so diverse and original, and the murder mystery had so many fun twists that it kept me guessing to the end! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a quirky fantasy 🥰

Here’s a few photos from my latest adventure:

Back in May I was possessed by a muse and ended up writing 150k words in about 4 months 😂

Good news is that my first draft is complete! Better news is that now I get to edit it, and make it sound like I knew what I was doing all along 🥰

Jumped on the bandwagon and read Fourth Wing for the first time … and then finished it in two days 🤯🥰 thank goodness I already have the second book, or I would have lost it!! That cliffhanger at the end is so foul!!

I want to share my experience today with Google support, trying to get Gemini (their AI/plagiarism machine) turned off in my Google workspace account. That account is where I personally do all my work communication—I am an editor, and most of my work contracts explicitly ban any use of Generative AI
