Hi there! No trouble at all. I'm obviously biased in one direction here, but I would argue that AltNPS is a thoroughly fake and untrustworthy account with no verifiable connection to the real National Park Service.

You can argue that most of it is harmless. But these "alt" accounts are feeding into some potentially dangerous stuff when they tell everyone to get out their secret decoder ring.
