Bad random country example. We can’t get married here. And this is the point. Yes its inexpensive and easy to get a train to Austria or germany for the day, but we want to get married in our country of residence where we pay the tax required of all citizens but dont have the full civil rights.

Absolutely don’t believe in ghosts and they are the thing I am most scared of when home alone at night.

I’m always slightly irritated that (in true central european style) they keep the grass around it trimmed so neatly that it ruins the illusion that the rest of the tank is underground.

Wow. I had no idea that was the symbolism (or that there was any!) i see this bizzarre public art installation all the time and it always reminds me of “Honey I Shrunk The Kids”

Im always fascinated by the huge hoarding walls that surround all building projects in delhi. Some have aperatures to allow tree limbs- the message being: don’t expect anything soon.
