What I am hearing is "Don't do any voice directing because it's bad & stunts the growth of the people recording for you, you should be humbled that they even wanted to be in your project."
If your game has voice acting, then working with the voice actors is half of your writing process. It's not complete until you've heard it interpreted and reimagined by a voice actor. And they always reimagine it in ways that elevate the writing, in ways you never would have imagined yourself.

This is the same guy who threatens VA's, attempting to blackball them from their own communities, and then cries victim. Let alone this very type of shit is what got him banned from Casting Call Club in the first place. Even his own peers in the abridged community have told me they hate him.

You lost your Casting Call account because you were using multiple platforms to attempt to silence cast members of mine because you don't like me. We are allowed to have differing opinions, but when you are threatening to blackball other people in an industry, of course they'd take action.
