This is a really great clip. The only other way to get this view is pricey hotel room or helicopter ride.

The roof of the building is blocking sight of the spot where yo can stand right at the brink. Just out of shot on the last is where the US viewing platform of this fall is.

VLOOKUP sucks! It's SO SIMPLE that it can't find something if the data isn't in a specific order. Use Index(MATCH()) instead! oh my god

If this is what's advanced then please hire me!

LinkedIN keeps showing me US jobs and like....no. Not only am I not able to work in the US, I am not going there. Why can't you tell it not to show you work in other countries?? (the country is in the search range, perils of border life)

Just took a provincial gov career aptitude test because I have been on job boards the last 3 hours.
The results are...inconsistent, low-paying, have almost zero growth, and require some pretty special skills.

So I guess the government is telling me my actual skills aren't needed here.

When GM closed in St Catharines it devastated the area. Thousands of people out of work, which caused so much near-poverty.

People lost homes.

Then when they finally tore the plant down after so many years....rats invaded the nearby buildings in droves. Major issue.

It's not just peoples' jobs.

IMO if GM wants to pull out of Canada, we should play fucking hardball!
1. Adopt EU vehicle standards
2. Nationalize their plants and lease them to BYD/Citroën
3. Allow any company that assembles a full model line in Canada to import #tariff free

A legendary NHL goalie, he won 4 Stanley Cups, 3 Conn Smythe, 5 William M. Jennings and 3 Vezinas. An 11-time All-Star, he won 551 games. As a coach, he led the Quebec Remparts to two Memorial Cups.

As a Canadian, I don’t understand admissions letters. My kid applied to three different Canadian universities - all she submitted were her high school transcripts. No essays. No listing extracurriculars. Admissions are grade-based only. Why is the States so weird?
