Front double biceps to cap it. Not the best, but real work doesn’t always look polished.

7km weighted vest run (18kg) + 2km cooldown walk.

Felt tough. Traps burning, hips sore, breathing heavy. Walked twice. Repeated “just a few minutes left” to stay locked in.

Not cardio—field conditioning.
