When I woke up I had one of those guttural misery cries. Then I got up and made a cup of tea, because part of life is knowing that if you can still make a cup of tea, it’s not that bad. I’m back to being annoyingly upbeat in all interactions but at the core of it - dear Lord I am sick of being sick.
