My newest desk shark - technically a Hork.
Finished up Witch King by Martha Wells last night - enjoyed it a lot! The blending of past and present scenes was paced really well. Looking forward to starting Queen Demon next!
Decided to give a reading goal a try for 2026. I'm going for at least 50. Does anyone have any book recommendations? Books that I've really enjoyed in the past few years include The Locked Tomb, Saint Death's Daughter, Metal from Heaven, the Murderbot books, Iron Widow, & The Traitor Baru Cormorant.

I wish I could do voices better so I could do better RP/as a DM, but that probably means actually practicing at that and then also having to deal with hating my own voice, which does seem like a lot.

My kingdom for good art of a big beefy frost giant Goliath barbarian ~lady that isn't leaning 100% into "all furs, all the time" as an aesthetic, and also isn't super skinny/lithe.

Cat ownership really does something to your brain. I have been telling Lady (full name: Lady Marchioness Crunchwrap Supreme) while she's shouting at me that she's being "grumby", a dumb sort of portmanteau of "grumpy" and "grumbly".
