On the West coast of the US you can frequently find Indian food "burritos" where they use naan as a wrapper and have rice and usually butter chicken or tikka masala inside and honestly they're pretty tasty.

The "Save Europa, location: India" thing is less a commentary on Indians and more a commentary on Western right wingers. The slop they consume is so simple and repetitive that someone from rural Bakchod Pradesh with no English can figure out how to mimic it.
