And since the Supreme Court is now taking cases of *hypotheticals* (ie the conversion therapy case), we have standing to sue for whatever we want based on our own magic book(s) and the thoughts/fears they inspire!

(Though TBH probably only works for right wingers.)

It's not just that they're going to strike down a law against conversion therapy, it's that they're going to do it on behalf of made-up claims from a straw plaintiff who can't honestly show the law affected her at all

All of this is the reason that our country does NOT have anywhere near the best healthcare in the world and--not coincidentally--relatively poor life expectancies.
