I just platinumed Ghost of Yotei, and while it’s definitely great, I can’t help but feel something is missing. Maybe it’s too short?
I had the blessing of playing Tshushima after Iki Island DLC was out and the multiplayer and that may be what’s affecting my reaction.

Got up early this morning to play Ghost of Yotei as soon as I could and I’m already blown away by the subtle improvements they made. For instance, you can seamlessly play your shamisen while walking around gathering items. Making the mundane just as engaging as the rest of the game.

Just got the the credits of Clair Obscur, and there maybe recency bias, but it’s up there with the absolute best jrpgs I’ve ever played. The ending floored me.

I made it a little past the Act 1 title screen, and really impressed by the combat in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

So I’ve never been huge into Mario Kart. I’ve always enjoyed it, but never enough to really stick with it. I didn’t even buy 8 Deluxe because felt I had played 8 on Wii U enough. But after watching the treehouse where they were playing World, damn it looks special!

Wow I’m so torn on the Nintendo Direct. There was a lot to get excited for. The new Donkey Kong game really looks phenomenal, the little bit of Metroid Prime 4 they showed looks amazing. However, the prices are a very tough pill to swallow. Not sure if it’s a day 1 purchase for me.

I got burned out on FF16 at the start of the dlc, so I decided to switch it up and try Witcher 3. Which was fun, but it made me realize that what I really wanted to play was Ghost of Tsushima.

Have they said yet definitely if Doom The Dark Ages will come to PlayStation or not? I don’t want to get hyped for a game I won’t be able to play. I don’t even want to see the new footage, if it’s XBox exclusive.

They should all leave. No one needs to wait for the big brands to get off twitter. And Nintendo should have been the leader here as a family conscious brand. The whole VG industry needs to take a stand against what's happening. Today would be nice.
