I really enjoyed IN PERPETUITY by Peter and Maria Hoey published by @topshelfcomix.bsky.social. It has a Chris Ware vibe but with an Ed Brubaker sensibility. It starts slow, but worth the wait. If anything, this story strangely made me appreciate life. And isn't that why we read in the first place?
