We use it to mean when you have a personal dislike or grudge against someone and so you try to get ‘revenge’ on them. It’s usually a long term thing, you repeatedly try to cause them problems because you hold a grudge.

I feel like that bike design is more a consequence of the high concurrence of ADHD with autism. Gotta control for confounding variables
