13 years ago when my beard was still fairly ginger* and just before I discovered I needed glasses.

*I had the standard Scottish brown hair/ginger beard combo. Now it’s more like a bowling ball wearing a sporran

Oh I’d have said kind of the opposite; a pillow is specially for your head when sleeping (and tends to be rectangular for that reason), whereas cushions are more general purpose — for behind your back on a sofa, chair etc, sitting on on the floor, extra support sitting up in bed etc etc

Totally agree. I just went to a friends wedding: <15 people in a registry office with the shortest legal ceremony, a drink in a pub, then late brunch. Then four of us went back to their place to chat and ended up ordering a kebab for dinner. Was fantastic
