Okay the video was actually pretty good.
I just resent the thumbnail for saying I'm wrong.

ALTHOUGH the two B-couples are pretty good.
Main couple are incredibly toxic and bad for each other, I love them.

we should not be letting any company get away with blaming AI for their failures. I'm not even sure how we got to this point. people are like "it's just a tool" okay so is a forklift and we still hold somebody responsible when it goes wrong and hurts someone. this is YOUR AI!

A Tale of Perishing was a very personal look at the original author's darker side, it was her life's work. But to Natsuko it was "only" her inspiration. And yet she can have the final word. Change the ending to a nonsensical one and then just move on.

And at the end what does she do? As important as a Tale of Perishing was for Natsuko's life. She still moves on. And starts focusing on her own creations.

Natsuko's version "saves the world" but only because of her own attachments to fictional characters. She doesn't make a better story, just one that she likes better for such selfish reasons.

It doesn't matter what the author intended with the history. I would say A "Tale of Perishing" had many flaws and was really a downer, but it did actually had a meaning. But for someone like Natsuko she "fell in love" with the characters to the point she wanted something completely different

In our modern day it has been easier than ever to remix something. You can write a fan fic. But you can go even further than that. You could make it a whole fan comic. You could even make your own animation to replace an ending for something.

After saving "A tale of Perishing" Natsuko magically goes back to the real world. But since she's realized that Luke (yes, the fictional character Luke) was her first love, she finally has the knowledge about love that allows her to write the love story for her anime.

But the resulting ending with Luke just becoming a stronger epic, better drawn version of himself and defeating the Great Void is dumb as shit and completely undeserved. Luke never really learns to overcome the tragedy, he's just replaced.

And you know what? she's right. Natsuko's version of the story is a lot dumber than the original one and its ending makes no sense. Let's ignore that her "changes" to the story all involve her powers becoming a Deus Ex Machina. preventing chapters from becoming tragic.

I didn't mention this earlier, but the original author of "A tale of Perishing" reincarnated as a bird. And she would sometimes give Natsuko some negative talk. But now when the world is saved and starts getting restored she makes a comment about how good endings are boring.

The sexy epic hero version of Luke becomes the dominating version of Luke and overcomes the fallen hero of the original version.

This time, Natsuko can prevent this. So she and her friends do all they can to stop the end of the world.
At the end Natsuko starts summoning her final weapon. Which is her own Drawings OF LUKE. She sees Luke as this epic sexy hero. And this version of Luke is the one who stops the end of the world

And the asshole villagers start blaming her for all her problems. This once again sets Luke to a path of despair.
Eventually Natsuko gets some growing of her own. And she comes back. But it might be a bit late since Luke is about to destroy the Soul Future.
