1 cup milk
3 to 4 eggs (1 cup)
Pinch salt & pepper
- Combine above, rest batter for 30 mins
- Preheat oven to 450F
- tsp oil into each well of muffin tin, heat in oven until near smoking hot
- Fill each well 3/4 with batter
- Bake 15-20 mins, top rack DO NOT OPEN OVEN WHILE COOKING
