De politieke onrust broeit al een tijd. Grote maarschappelijke onvrede over de zelfverrijking van politici.

Wat hier onder zit is een clientelistisch systeem waarin politici steeds meer geld in hun campagnes pompen en allerlei commerciele belangen dienen.
