More than that - I now have a chicken-pox scar on my retina. Yes, chicken pox INSIDE THE EYEBALL.
I was millimeters away from being blind in one eye.

I need to thank @killjamesbond.bsky.social for their recent Air Doll Episode - While I've never seen that movie, something in how they described it felt familiar. Looking up the director, he also directed a movie that I didn't know the name of, but that re-wrote my young brain: After Life (ワンダフルライフ)
