So may folks insist that every Christian tradition is secular and I find it exhausting. It’s not! Some non-Christians enjoy some Christmas things but they are still Christian! Even if some of them started out as pagan! Even if you don’t go to church!

At a certain point you should know if you want to hire someone. Its your job to figure that out and idk why strangers looking for work need to be punished for someone not being good at their job.
