🖋️ “Rein In Private Equity In Healthcare” hit 100 signers!

Rein In Private Equity In Healthcare
Text SIGN PEXPYT to 50409 — I am your constituent and I am fed up with companies and investors bleeding healthcare facilities dry. They cut hours, reduce staff, stop offering services, and when the money is squeezed out declare bankruptcy. Commercial ventures have purchased / take ownership positions worth $1 Trillion dollars in healthcare and hospice facilities in the last decade. In nursing homes the death rate increases by 10% in the first year, hospitals have infections post surgery that never occurred before and patients are injured tripping and falling. This is never supposed to happen. But it does because we have very little oversight. Additionally, private equity firms are buying up hospices and reducing the palliative care patients need as they prepare to die. All to save a buck. Look Universal Healthcare with a public insurance trust could make a difference by demanding levels of care or refuse payment. Until we get there I want you to reprise the Health Over Wealth Act from the 118th Congress and expand it to all medical facility purchases. It would make sure that services are not reduced, patients receive needed care and there is enough money to protect the facility and the community for 5 years in the event of Bankruptcy. It was (S. 4804/H.R. 9407) in 118th Congress Look it Up Additionally, I want you to resubmit H.R. 9803, the Hospice CARE Act of the 118th Congress. It aims to strengthen Medicare hospice by improving patient access, reforming payments, and curbing fraud, notably by expanding coverage for palliative blood transfusions, increasing payments for treatments like chemo/dialysis, allowing home-based respite, creating transitional inpatient care, and adding a 5-year moratorium on new hospice enrollments to improve program integrity. I know you are busy but you can keep your constituents from suffering needlessly. Take action, constituents will remember that you cared about them.

Congress Must Stop the Illegal War in Venezuela
Text SIGN PUZFEC to 50409 — As your constituent, I respectfully urge bipartisan action to halt President Trump’s recent military actions in Venezuela and to reaffirm Congress’s constitutional authority over decisions of war. The Constitution is unambiguous. Article I grants Congress, not the president, the power to decide when the United States uses military force. The War Powers Resolution requires congressional authorization and oversight for sustained hostilities. By initiating large scale strikes and regime change operations without prior approval, the president has violated the War Powers Resolution and acted outside the law. This is not a partisan dispute. It is a constitutional crisis. You swore an oath to defend the Constitution and to protect U.S. citizens and service members from reckless and unlawful military escalation. Congress also has a legal obligation under U.S. law and the Hague Conventions to prevent unlawful uses of force and to safeguard civilian lives during armed conflict. For decades, presidents of both parties have expanded war making powers while Congress has failed to enforce its role. That failure must end now. Venezuela must mark the moment Congress draws a firm and lasting line. I urge you to act immediately: • Issue a clear public statement affirming that any ongoing or large scale military action in Venezuela requires explicit congressional approval before proceeding. • Cosponsor and vote for binding War Powers legislation that prohibits unauthorized hostilities and mandates withdrawal absent clear authorization. • Advocate for funding restrictions that bar spending on offensive military operations in Venezuela unless Congress has expressly approved them. • Demand open hearings on the legal basis, objectives, and risks of this intervention so the American people understand what is being done in their name. History will judge whether Congress upheld the Constitution or surrendered it. Act now to defend the rule of law, protect U.S. citizens, and stop an illegal and unnecessary war.

🖋️ “Congress Must Enforce the Epstein Files Law, Amid Venezuela Distraction” hit 2,000 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PJUCWK to 50409
Congress Must Enforce the Epstein Files Law, Amid Venezuela Distraction
Text SIGN PJUCWK to 50409 — Today marked the statutory deadline for the Department of Justice to submit to Congress a written justification for any documents from the Jeffrey Epstein files that were redacted or withheld. That requirement, along with the December 19 deadline for releasing the files themselves, was established by the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which passed overwhelmingly in both houses and became law on November 19, 2025. The Department of Justice appears to have missed both deadlines. This is not a technical oversight or a matter of agency discretion. Congress enacted a clear statute with mandatory deadlines, and the executive branch is legally obligated to comply. Failure to do so constitutes defiance of the law and an erosion of Congress’s constitutional oversight authority. As information from the Epstein files continues to emerge in fragments, the public has learned that federal prosecutors once considered charging “co-conspirators,” that powerful individuals traveled repeatedly on Epstein’s private aircraft, and that Epstein maintained access to staff and services from Mar-a-Lago. Recently released video footage has also contradicted prior official statements regarding the surveillance system at the federal detention facility where Epstein died in August 2019. These revelations heighten, rather than diminish, the urgency of full disclosure. Congress possesses ample legal authority to respond when the executive branch ignores statutory commands. That authority includes compelling compliance through civil enforcement actions, invoking contempt powers, conditioning appropriations, and—where warranted—initiating impeachment proceedings against officials who knowingly violate federal law. These tools exist precisely to prevent executive stonewalling in matters of public accountability. At the same time, the Trump regime appears eager to redirect national attention toward manufactured foreign crises, including escalating confrontation with Venezuela. Americans are capable of understanding more than one issue at once, and no amount of saber-rattling abroad will distract from unanswered questions at home. War rhetoric cannot be used to obscure missed deadlines, withheld evidence, or unequal justice. Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act because the public demanded answers and accountability in a case involving extraordinary abuse of power and influence. Allowing the Department of Justice to ignore that law without consequence would set a dangerous precedent: that statutes passed by overwhelming bipartisan majorities can be nullified through delay and silence. I urge you to act immediately to enforce the Epstein Files Transparency Act, demand sworn explanations for missed deadlines and redactions, and use every lawful mechanism available to ensure full compliance. Transparency delayed is accountability denied, and the credibility of our justice system depends on Congress asserting its authority now.

🖋️ “Trump’s Unauthorized Wars and the Illegal Seizure of Venezuela’s President” hit 250 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PZWETF to 50409
Trump’s Unauthorized Wars and the Illegal Seizure of Venezuela’s President
Text SIGN PZWETF to 50409 — I am writing to demand that Congress immediately reassert its constitutional authority over war and peace in response to President Trump’s escalating and unauthorized military aggression. President Trump was elected after promising to end America’s involvement in foreign wars and pursue an “America First” foreign policy rooted in restraint. Instead, his administration has launched or threatened military action across multiple regions—without congressional authorization, without transparency, and without a coherent strategy. U.S. forces have conducted airstrikes in Nigeria. The administration has bombed Iranian nuclear processing facilities and publicly threatened direct military intervention in Iran’s internal protests, declaring the United States “locked and loaded.” Those threats prompted warnings from Iranian leaders that U.S. troops in the region could be targeted in retaliation. At the same time, U.S. military assets have been staged for potential land wars in Venezuela and Colombia. Most alarming, the Trump regime has now publicly asserted that it has taken custody of Venezuela’s sitting president, Nicolás Maduro, and his wife following what it described as a large-scale military operation. Venezuelan authorities dispute this account and have demanded proof of life, while reporting explosions, low-flying aircraft over Caracas, widespread power outages, and strikes affecting both civilian and military sites. Venezuela has declared a state of emergency and ordered national mobilization in response, while neighboring countries have begun taking military and humanitarian precautions amid fears of regional escalation. If the regime's claim is accurate, the forcible seizure of a foreign head of state by U.S. forces constitutes an unauthorized use of force and an act of war under international law. No president has the authority to abduct a foreign leader, conduct regime-change operations, or initiate hostilities without explicit authorization from Congress. None of these actions were preceded by a declaration of war or a specific Authorization for Use of Military Force. They violate Article I of the Constitution and the War Powers Resolution, which exists precisely to prevent presidents from dragging the nation into war through secrecy, impulse, or distraction. This is not a collection of isolated incidents. It is a pattern of reckless and undisciplined warmongering that places U.S. service members in immediate danger. Even limited military operations involve grave risk; those risks multiply when missiles are fired, aircraft fly combat missions, and adversaries are provoked into retaliation. If the United States has seized Venezuela’s president—or even appears to have done so—every American soldier, sailor, pilot, and diplomat in the region becomes a potential target. Congress cannot abdicate its responsibilities. I urge you to: 1. Demand immediate public explanations and classified briefings from the White House and Department of Defense on all recent and ongoing military actions. 2. Convene oversight hearings to examine legal justification, civilian harm, strategic objectives, and escalation risks related to operations in Venezuela, Iran, Nigeria, and the broader region. 3. Invoke the War Powers Resolution to require the immediate cessation of hostilities absent explicit congressional authorization. 4. Use Congress’s power of the purse to block funding for any unauthorized military action. 5. If hearings establish that the president has willfully violated the Constitution or federal law, initiate impeachment proceedings as required by your oath of office. No president may wage war by decree or seize foreign leaders under cover of chaos. Congress must defend the Constitution, protect U.S. service members, and stop this dangerous slide into permanent, unauthorized war.

🖋️ “Congress: Confront Christian Nationalism and Enforce the Establishment Clause” hit 100 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PQRBCO to 50409
Congress: Confront Christian Nationalism and Enforce the Establishment Clause
Text SIGN PQRBCO to 50409 — You swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. That oath now requires you to confront a growing and explicit threat to constitutional governance: Christian nationalism. Christian nationalism is not religious freedom. It is a political ideology that seeks to fuse government power with a single religious identity, elevating one faith above all others and redefining citizenship around belief rather than law. The Constitution was written precisely to prevent this outcome. The First Amendment protects the free exercise of religion by denying the government authority to endorse, promote, or impose it. That boundary has been breached. Federal agencies and senior officials have used official government platforms to advance explicitly Christian nationalist messages—declaring religious doctrine as national identity and framing state authority in theological terms. These are not personal expressions of faith. They are acts of government speech, delivered with public resources and institutional authority. When the executive branch adopts Christian nationalist rhetoric, it transforms religion from a protected liberty into a tool of power. The Founders understood the danger. They rejected religious tests for office. They wrote a Constitution without reference to God. They placed the Establishment Clause first in the Bill of Rights because they knew that once government claims divine sanction, accountability collapses and minority rights disappear. Christian nationalist narratives rely on false history and selective mythology, not constitutional law. Yet those narratives are now being operationalized through government institutions. That is not a cultural dispute—it is a constitutional violation. Congress has a duty to act as a check on executive overreach. You must require the immediate removal of Christian nationalist propaganda from all government-controlled websites and social media accounts. You must conduct oversight hearings to determine how these messages were approved, coordinated, and disseminated. And you must reaffirm, through enforceable action, that no administration may use the machinery of the state to promote religious supremacy. Neutrality is not silence. Inaction signals consent. If Congress allows Christian nationalism to embed itself in government practice, it abandons its role as guardian of constitutional order. The Establishment Clause has no force unless you are willing to enforce it.
