We should be focusing on expanding access to rail & bus services, & ensuring that these forms of transport are affordable and run on clean energy.

The last thing we need is a second runway at Gatwick - expected to lead to an extra 100,000 flights a year.

2/3 Joined by people online & in-person over two days, panel discussions & talks centred around the fact that our cost-of-living and climate crises have been held back by a misunderstanding of the freedom & capacity the UK government has to fund these solutions, as well as what we can do about it.

1/3 We had an absolute blast at the Anti-Austerity Conference in Bristol last weekend, hosted by @modernmoneylab.org.uk. Our Co-Director Sasha Josette joined Plaid Cymru Councillor Mark Hooper & Green Party Leader Zack Polanski to discuss the political economy of the UK, & solutions to austerity.
