Typically bleeting about #MSU #Arsenal college football/basketball, the NFL (mainly the Detroit Lions) & NBA (mainly the Pistons & Wizards)
To me, the narrative that Chiles needs a simplified RPO system to excel couldn't be further from the truth. He could excel at a pro style offense like MSU ran if he has the o-line to allow it. That being said playcalling that allows him (like any QB) to get in a rhythm would be a huge upgrade...

Chiles relied too much on his leg talent to get him out of situations, whereas Alessio would either stay in & deliver an on time pass or run for it. Chiles on the other hand tried to keep the play alive only to miss the timing & have no one to throw to, leading to the constant throwaways

We saw the prototype of the Nero Doctrine with Twitter. The goal wasn't to make it profitable or "free." The goal was to break the one place where news broke faster than the state could spin it.

They bought the town square not to speak in it, but to burn it down so we’d have nowhere else to gather.

The Lions win out & take the NFC North, only to lose the first game to the Seahawks. Meanwhile the Bears back into the playoffs & upset the Eagles

Baked - It's extremely odd to name a menu item after a random secretary, some investigative journalist should figure out why the Brown Jug did that...

Based on the hesitation to consider him an NFL star combined with when Sherrone coached, my money is on Mr. Vacuum himself (Corum)

I still think Scott should start but Divine has definitely earned the right to finish games. There shouldn't be a minute in a close game without him or Fears on the floor, and I pray Izzo realizes it

Thereabouts when they curbstomped Purdue at Mackey last Saturday

That's what competent journalists would do and/or would have already done with the rumors first started swirling. Sadly they do not employ competent journalists to cover that program

Bonus - Michigan State & Ohio State message boards & fan journalists have been way ahead of the curve on both SignGate & now Sherrone's extramarital activities. Would you agree that UM media purposefully avoids investigative reporting that would put the university in a bad light (aka the Blue Wall)?

Spiro has allegedly been hinting about Sherrone's mistress since at least August and there was a fury of noise at the beginning of the month that he would be let go. Do you find it convenient or just a coincidence that Sherrone was let go shortly after the early signing period ended?

But pretty convenient timing when they got a groundbreaking revelation that substantiated what they had surely had been hearing for months

Woah woah woah! Zavier Simpson would never do such a thing! Sounds like something Jeff Jackson would do tho...

Well the reason why it wasn't the Michigan Way™ and you can't do that unless you're a Michigan Man®

I agree 100%, his offense was not compatible with the roster that he got without a transfer portal to fix it. If they gave him one more year I'm convinced college football would be very different, and a lot worse for OSU & MSU.
It was good times because they fired Rich Rod the year before the death star was supposed to be ready, and Hoke got to ride that wave until Harbaugh became available. If they give Rich Rod another year, a lot of things look different in the B1G

Nah they need to go for the up and coming coach at West Virginia. He's got success at G5 school, could be the next Cignetti
