I want to emphasize: If this administration succeeds which it will if organizations like RAINN just bow to the potential loss of funds without a fight, there won't be organizations like RAINN anymore anyway. That's how tyranny works. Obeying in advance leads to the end, even if it delays it briefly.
ultimately, RAINN and other groups will lose their funding, because the Trump admin is explicitly ideologically opposed to rape prevention.

All this cowardice does is demonstrate who RAINN considers an acceptable loss.

Trans women have always known we are seen this way.

It’s good that more and more federal judges are issuing orders blocking illegal acts by the Trump administration.

But each court victory brings us closer to the real crisis: will Trumpists yield to courts, or will they go full fascist and say they are not bound by the courts?
