Are you sure that your Heartbeat Evoked Potential (HEP) effect is real?
In our new paper, we show that task-evoked activity can overlap with HEPs, creating false positive effects - unless you correct for it.

Happy to share my last PhD work "Genetic, transcriptomic, metabolic, and neuropsychiatric underpinnings of cortical functional gradients". We used UKB, HCP, and QTAB to analyze the genetics of functional gradients. The results are so good, consistent, and inspiring! (1/3)

New in LayNii v2.9.0: Introducing *LayNii IDA*, a high-performance tool for real-time interaction with ultra–high resolution MRI data. Built for speed, designed for discovery. Still early, but a big step toward the next era of 7T fMRI: higher resolution, larger datasets.

In our new paper @dulaclab.bsky.social, we investigated a fundamental question in social neuroscience: the origin of "sociality" (the need of being together) at the levels of behavior, neuron type, neural circuit and sensory modulation. (Detailed digest below) (1/7)
